Ready for 2012!
In the name of greater flexibility and potential of our impregnation facilities, we have made some substantial changes that now allow us to treat large parts with volumes up to a diameter of 1200x800 mm with a weight of up to 800 kg, such as cast iron bases for trucks and earthmoving equipment.

Happy anniversary Impregnotecnica! 1980-2010
This year we have reached 30!
Great job!
Our journey continues, and this year, with a financial crisis that keeps us from working peacefully, we decided to extend ISO 9001 certification to our sealing treatment operation.
This allows us to offer a complete service to our clients in the automotive industry, whom we work closely together with.
Certification has of course been updated to the new ISO 9001:2008 standards, a step required by a regulation meant to keep up with market demand.
To conclude our challenging alternative energy project, our photovoltaic system has begun running at full capacity this year at 61 kW, which covers 70% of our energy requirements. Yet another goal has been met.
All you need to do now is browse through our site. Keep up the good work!

Impregnotecnica s.r.l. was founded in 1980 as an impregnation centre with the “Henkel Loctite system” to meet the needs of the foundries of Piedmont. We have undergone several changes over the years, opting for industry diversification. Currently our client portfolio ranges from the automobile industry to electrical components (coils, stators, rotors, etc.), to valves, taps and fittings, which today represents an essential part of our business.
The ongoing evolution in the field of plant design related to adhesives and sealants leads us to invest in a new impregnation line, specifically designed to meet the needs for high production and considerably large parts. No labour is required thanks to a sophisticated PLC system, which allows constant productivity and optimization of quality parameters. A portal display highlights all functions and alarms for process controls.
